Job description

As a squad leader, you direct your members through the firefights to complete the collective objective. You are proficient when it comes to maintaining situational awareness and are able to relay orders to your subordinates. Good communication is key.

Responsibilities

• It is recomended to have a working microphone to ensure propper communications
• Being able to direct your subordinates whilst maintaining situational awareness
• Requesting transport for members who were K.I.A.

Extended profile

As a squad leader you are responsible for the members who are currently under your command. Additionally you are also responsible for the LZ you place for the pilots to drop you.

Propper communication is key. You will be communicating with high command, pilots and other squad leaders through the command channel, whilst directing your subordinates through the group channel. Try to keep your messages brief and clear, this will prove to encance both gameplay and immersion.

It can prove handy to carry a laser designator accompanied with the necessary batteries to request support from the UAV operator whenever necessary. You also carry 2 blue smokes to request evacuation. None of your subordinates should have that type of smoke on their person. Pilots reserve the right to leave your squad behind if it seems members are either shooting at the chopper or throwing non-necessary smokes at the evacuation location.
