It can prove handy to carry a laser designator accompanied with the necessary batteries to request support from the UAV operator whenever necessary. You also carry 2 blue smokes to request evacuation. None of your subordinates should have that type of smoke on their person.

As a squad leader, you direct your members through the firefights to complete the collective objective. You are proficient when it comes to maintaining situational awareness and are able to relay orders to your subordinates. Good communication is key.
